Bleihid N Al Bleihid is the founder and Managing Director of EJADAH, an independent, international management consultancy. Before moving into consultancy he held senior Executive HR positions with a number of major international companies, most recently as Director of Human Resources for Saudi Research and Marketing Group with overall world-wide HR responsibility for all Group companies and operations. Prior to this, he was General Manager – Human Resources for the Saudi British Bank (SABB) in which role he was a member of the top executive strategy team through the bank’s most significant period of rapid change and successful growth. Earlier, he held senior HR positions at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh. Bleihid has substantial experience of leading and managing all key HR activities – HR strategy, compensation and benefits, recruitment, management development and training and HR operations and change. In starting EJADAH, his aim was to deliver and provide the highest quality of up-to-date, leading- edge HR services to meet the demands of businesses within the Gulf region. Drawing upon his own international expertise and that of partners from around the world, Bleihid leads a consultancy that provides organisational development and change leadership, executive search and other HR management solutions. He is a registered partner of EMA Partners International, one of the leading global executive search consultancies. Furthermore he is a licensed assessment consultant using Apter International, PI and SHL OPQ tools.

Educated in the United States of America, he holds a degree in Business Management and is a well-recognised HR consultant providing consultancy to various companies across all commercial sectors. Within the community, he is a member of, and trusted advisor to, a number of charity and non-profit organisations

He speaks frequently at conferences, such as the “Global Executive Search Group” in Dubai, covering such topics as “Creating the Best Working Environment” and “Handling Labour Issues”.
