1. How can we get in touch with the potential candidate?
   Employers should not contact the candidates themselves.
   They should leave the correspondence to us until the candidate is nominated.
2. Can we send job offers directly to the candidates?
   Employers should leave the sending of job offers to us
3. What are the Client fees?
   The actual client fee depends on the nature of the assignment, whether consultancy, middle management recruitment or executive search.
   There is a set of terms and conditions for each assignment. Please contact our consultant for further information.
4. Will you provide us with a new candidate, if this person leaves the company? And what about our fees?
   We will provide you with another candidate free of charge if the person leaves the company within the first 3 months for a valid reason.
5. How do you make a selection of candidates or CVs which are sent to us?
   We interview them; we apply psychometric assessment tools on them; we check their references and if they are qualified professionally and only when they qualify, their CVs are sent to our clients.
