Min. of 5 years in Food Laboratory Field/Food analysis (including sales, marketing, business development) with Bachelor degree in Food Science (Food Chemistry/Food Microbiology/Food QA/QC)
Client Services Duties • Business Development – creation of new food business from new clients; • Growth in local client base and market share; • Market exposure and development of strong Food client relationships • Be the main point of contact for all existing Food client queries and ensure these are responded to and solved in a timely manner as listed on the balanced scorecard; • Research into market drivers and potential clients • Preparation of quotations, tenders and Expressions of Interest (EOI) for all Food clients; • Preparation of monthly service reports for major clients and projects and record these in the monthly client services report as listed on the balanced scorecard; • Analysis of sales trends for major clients and act on these trends; Project Management Duties • Preparation of project specific Quality Plans, Project Information Sheets and communication to key stakeholders; • Representing the Company at project meetings; • Prioritization and monitoring of ‘managed’ projects and clients through the laboratory in conjunction with the Laboratory Manager; • Day to day liaison with clients according to client/project requirements; • Selection and management of appropriate project subcontractors.
• Qualification: Bachelor degree/higher diploma in Food Science (Food Chemistry / Food Microbiology / Food QA/QC) • Experience: at least 5 years in Food Laboratory Field / Food analysis (including sales, marketing, business development) • Preferably Saudi national
