Professional Experience:
Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in field management role within similar QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Operations is responsible, via a team of Regional Managers & Area Managers for the smooth operations of a region of company-owned restaurants. The key purpose of the role is to mentor and develop the Regional Managers & Area Managers in order to increase average restaurant sales (ARS) through customer satisfaction and to drive operations excellence. He is the head of the Operations Department. He supervises and guides the regional managers, area managers toward achieving their targets to meet previously set common goals.

Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree Preffered. • Minimum 5 - 10 years’ experience in field management role within similar QSR environment. • Proven successful operations delivery. • Ability to navigate and work effectively in a matrix environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Word. • Driver’s License • Demonstrable understanding of multi-site QSR environment • Preferably Saudi National
