Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering with over 5 years management role at an industrial facility

Key Responsibilities:
This position has functional responsibility and direct accountability for the result related to product manufacturing and factory procurement activities that is for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. The position is directly responsible for developing and overseeing of production facility plans that should meet corporate objectives for profitability, cost control, product quality, process improvements, compliance, employee relations, development and customer service

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, • Certificates in “lean production”/ 5S • 5+ years progressive experience in a key leadership/management role at a plastic processing facility • Previous experience/strong understanding of budgeting/expense management of a manufacturing facility; • Previous experience/best practices implementing and using continuous improvement/lean tools such as : 5-S, Lean Manufacturing, etc.; • Previous experience of execution of factory accounting documentation in accounting programs including: documents for accounting and write-off raw and other materials used in production, time-sheets of the personnel, budgets and etc.
