Professional Experience:
University Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in body care, and perfumeries retail business

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Development manager for a cosmetic brand with focus in body & skin care, home fragrances, soaps and perfumes. • Overseeing all SKU’s in terms of Design, Packaging, Quality, and creating product mix. All SKU’s will be manufactured under private label brand. • Serves through expertise, education/training, internet and market research as: o Expert on latest beauty trends, product offerings and techniques, o Has a passion for beauty, provides inspirational beauty knowledge and know-how o Hands-on market knowledge, competition, new trends, high selling and top products in the international markets o Advise on best product ranges, product lines, features, trendy lines, specs, and product marketing of benefits, advantages, and applications o Malls and store visits to research, select and report on competitors and attractive, new, and top selling products • Create reports and presenting to the BOD via emails and presenting it in meetings • Taking feedback and working on action plans and targets set by BOD

Required:
• University Degree • Minimum 3 years’ experience in body care, and perfumeries retail business • Minimum 3 years’ experience in market trends, products development, usage and customer shopping preferences and needs • Must have retail stores sales consultants, management experience, leadership and, training experience • Ability to write and speak in Arabic & English
