Chief Information Security Officer

Professional Experience:
Preferably seven (7) years of relevant post qualification experience, with at least three (3) years of demonstrated IT infrastructure implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
The Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) will form and manage the Information Security function, a strategic function responsible for policies, standards, procedures and oversight of security operations management. The CISO will take lead in the protection of information assets by: Ensuring strategic alignment of information security in support of business objectives; Ensuring availability , confidentiality, integrity, audit ability of the information systems; Ensuring continued availability of the information systems; Ensuring reduction of adverse impacts on the business operations to an acceptable level; ensuring conformity of applicable laws, regulations and standards; preventing non repudiation of computer based activities. The position will report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Required:
• Education: University degree in Computer Science, or in Communication and Computer Engineering or equivalent – Master degree in Information Security related field is preferred. • Current security certifications, including CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 are highly desired • Preferably seven (7) years of relevant post qualification experience, with at least three (3) years of demonstrated IT infrastructure implementation and management. • Experience as an Information Security Officer or equivalent position, developing and administering an information security program in a banking or insurance environment is highly desirable. • Must be a Saudi national
