Our Process

In order to provide you with the best and most efficient recruitment service we follow a general timeframe and process sheet, which can always be adapted to your company's specific needs.

Week One:
EMC: Receive and evaluate client requirements and prepare assignment. Source the applicants and set up interviews.
Client: Receive the progress report of the candidates found.

Week Two:
EMC: Conduct personal interviews and examinations in line with the job description and check references. Provide client with progress report.
Client: Review the progress report and provide feedback to consultant. Arrange interviews.

Week Three:
EMC: Refer the selected candidates with a report to the client and set up client interviews.
Client: Feedback on the selected candidate(s) and outline terms of offer.

Week Four:
EMC: Regular follow-up with client to ascertain progress of the selection process.
Client: Inform consultant about the decisions taken on selected candidate(s).

Week Five:
EMC: Receive the client’s decision, inform the selected candidate(s) and offer regrets to the other applicants.
