Senior Management Consultant
Fayyadh is a seasoned human resource professional with broad hands–on experience with multinational companies and in-depth knowledge and skill in achieving HR strategic partnership.
He has over 30 years of experience in areas of general management, recruitment selection, employee industrial relations, job descriptions, Saudi Labor Law and Internal Policy and Procedures. Educated in US and started his career at Aramco. He had worked as Administrative Assistant for all Support Services Department at King Khalid Military City Hospital. He had spent eighteen years at King Faisal Specialist Hospital where he has been appointed as Employment and Employee Relation Manager managing local and international recruitment and employee relation issues. Before joining Ejadah Management Consultancy he established Al Saif Company and works as Managing Director where he managed contract with government entities and explore new business opportunities.
Currently, a Senior Management Consultant at Ejadah where he provides a total Human Resources solutions, middle management employment and executive search.
