Ms. Hala Merhi is a Senior Partner with EMA Partners Saudi Arabia, since 2008. She has more than two decades of experience with leading executive search firms and professional services firms across diversified sectors.

During the course of her career, she gained significant expertise in executive search encompassing a gamut of sectors such as Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Insurance, Oil & Gas, Consumer Goods & Services, Logistics, HR, Operations and Manufacturing across the Middle East and Gulf Region.

She has received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College along with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs from the Lebanese American University.

She is a Certified Intelligent Leadership Executive Coach, Certified John Maxwell Team Coach, Trainer & Speaker, Business Coach and Certified Psychometric Assessment Analyst.

Her area of specialization is in leadership and management searches including C-Suite retained recruiting services. Over her career span, she has built a reputation for conducting senior executive level searches which includes Managing Director’s, CEO’s, CFO’s, Country Manager’s and Vice President’s among others.

She has always focused on cementing and maintaining excellent business relationship with external clients to facilitate accomplishment of the organization’s business objectives. Ms. Hala Merhi is adept at understanding customer needs and working towards accomplishing the same along with driving strategic improvements to improve the client experience. She has been very successful in communicating with clients to generate further business.

Prior to EMA Partners International, she worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; and previous to that, she worked as a Personnel Administrator with Saba & Co. Intellectual Property at Cyprus and Lebanon. The start of her career was with International Health Resources Corp. as a Recruitment Manager in Lebanon, overseeing the recruitment of medical and support staff for healthcare institutions in the Gulf region. Ms. Hala Merhi gained significant expertise in screening, interviewing, finalizing and selecting the right candidates for employment on projects across the Gulf region.
