The Planning & Budgeting Assistant Manager is responsible for supervising the company-wide integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting process in alignment with the overall strategic direction of the company. • Coordinates the development of budgets for the company’s Functions and BUs in line with the strategic objectives of the company • Supervise the financial planning and budgeting policies and guidelines preparation and distribution • Supervise budgeting guidelines, policies, forms, and templates for improvement; drive guidelines amendment approval process • Supervise financial analysis and budgeting analysis activities to be reported to Head of Group Budgeting, Reporting, and EPM • Conducts annual performance appraisal to review Budgeting Function’s employees’ performance, carries out disciplinary meetings when needed, recommends salary adjustments, rewards, and promotions based on employee performance results.
Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting, and Master's degree is a plus. • Professional Certification (i.e. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, etc.) is a plus. • Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
