Professional Experience:
15-20 years of experience, and holding senior position at least from the last 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
To develop, manage and implement HR activities involving Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, company procedures, government affairs, HR employee services, succession & career planning, medical services and payroll so that the appropriate caliber of staff can be attracted, motivated, engaged and retained to meet the short, medium and long term growth objectives of the company.

Required:
College/Master’s degree having good experience in leading and prestigious companies for a minimum of 15-20 years of experience, and holding senior position at least from the last 3-5 years. Must be a Saudi national
