The Talent Development Manager is responsible for designing and executing strategies that enable the delivery of appropriately aligned regional cross business line talent development programs for the company.
The Talent Development Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the key talent development programs for the company are identified, that all stakeholders (HR & Business) are engaged in the process of determining priorities and confirming implementation strategies and that programs are coordinated effectively and efficiently across the region.
• MBA in HR is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in learning & development, talent management processes, and success in designing, planning and delivering talent programs.
• Proven successful delivery of Learning & Development programs.
• Demonstrated expertise of leadership level instructional design and information delivery techniques.
