Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably MBA) with 3+ years of business experience in a Leadership role
• Conduct strategic sales visits, calls, and maintain a professional and credible business relationship with our customers within the Public Sector
• Work with customers to demonstrate how The Company’s solutions and services can be integrated into their offerings to deliver a higher return on investment
• Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within existing and new accounts; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned accounts to develop new opportunities
• Prepare financial and technical proposals & coordinate with the extended team in highly complex offers & RFPs
• Actively participate in the regular management meetings
• Produce the annual training schedule in conjunction with the BDM’s
• Managing the performance and activities of the public sector sales team
• Travel on a national level to visit potential clients and discuss business
• Work with Marketing to produce marketing & promotion content and implement it in a planned manner to reach different class of customers
• Responsible for developing sound relationships with customers, vendors and business partners in order to maximize business opportunities
• Communications Engineer or Computer Science Preferred. Any other discipline with very strong Information Technology background.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferably MBA)

• Strong Sales background
• Background from a reseller/distributor of the aforementioned vendors (Cisco, VMware, Microsoft) or from selling consultancy
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
• International/ Multi-National company experience strongly preferred
• Fluent Arabic and English is essential
