Professional Experience:
University/college graduate of Behavioral Science, or Psychology or Business Management related degree.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Management & School staff by setting and reviewing the school’s priorities and objectives, leading activity to ensure these are delivered. Demonstrate exemplary leadership, develop, motivate and deploy teaching and non-teaching staff to secure the best possible use of available talent; determine and drive appropriate standards and targets to deliver improvement; and create an accountable, safe and positive learning environment.

Required:
• University/college graduate of Behavioral Science, or Psychology or Business Management related degree. • Significant experience of Academic Leadership, strategic leadership and management in schools and substantial experience in an international context with a proven ability to promote international mindedness in staff and students. Good understanding of national education policies, legislation and compliance. Good communication skills in English is a must. • Must be Saudi national, female
